Andrew joined Orchard Search Group to head up the data communications practice, focusing in technologies like communications, networking, VOIP, and optics. He brings the ability to adapt to the industry and match the best talent with the best companies in sales, Engineering, and Management through relentless pursuit and diligent research. Andrew also has vast knowledge and experience of the Financial Services industry. He is a proven sales manager, a great problem solver, and an excellent relationship builder. Andrew's main focus is bringing talent to these market verticals.

Prior to joining Orchard Search Group, Andrew was a successful insurance broker. His area of expertise was advising clients on their needs for life products, annuities, long-term care, and nursing home care products. He focused on the concerns of his senior clients and provided them with life changing solutions. Andrew spent time as a successful sales manager. He achieved individual sales awards every month as well as developed his sales staff. Andrew successfully trained his sales team and propelled them to the next level within the company. He set sales records on more than one occasion, and was responsible for bringing under performing offices and territories to the top of the company.

Andrew is a graduate of Illinois State University where he studied Business Administration. He completed his degree in 2000.
